” The 21st century will either be spiritual or naught ” A. Malraux

In Old English, Leadership stems from “Leath“, meaning both dispersion and development, expansion. It raises the overcoming of a threshhold beyond outdated representations. This approach requires momentum and engagement thanks to a cognitive comprehension of the world, a strong sense of servantship to others and of the common good.

Our times of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) challenge leaders and citizens to raise the question of meaning.

The spiritual approach is based on Universal values, and rises to the top of the development of all of systems. Spiritual leadership relies upon the inspiration of the leader, his capacities to stimulate, influence mindsets and motivate.

According to Martin Seligman (2000), strength, growth, hapiness and creativity are the foundations of this new leaderhip paradigm. The leader values people by listening to them an putting forward their needs before his own. He builds an environment that welds teams, creating an relational universe which brings people together.

Its all about spiritual leadership, about Conscious Leadership.
